Vibratio is a small electric motor that creates a vibrating or shaking motion, often used in devices that need haptic feedback, like smartphones, game controllers, and fitness trackers. The vibration effect is achieved by attaching an off-center weight (eccentric mass) to the motor's shaft. When the motor spins, the offset weight generates a centrifugal force that causes the motor—and anything it’s attached to—to vibrate.
There are different types of vibration motors, including: Eccentric Rotating Mass (ERM) Motors, Linear Resonant Actuators (LRAs), Piezoelectric Actuators.
